KIDS ZONE AT CHRIST CHURCH

Christ United Methodist Church offers a variety of programs for children to experience God’s love through Jesus Christ.  We provide a safe environment where children can participate in a variety of fun and interactive activities such as Bible stories, games, music, puppetry and dowel rod routines (TWIGS). We offer Sunday school and Kids Church programming on Sunday mornings and WOW Kids on Wednesday evenings. • Infant through pre-school ages:  Nursery care is provided in rooms 106—111 during worship services and Sunday School from 8:30 –noon.
• Pre-school through fifth grade:
  • Sunday School is 9:45—10:45 in the lower level (adults Sunday School is the same time). Lessons are fun, interactive and Bible-focused. 
  • Kids Church is 10:45—noon is in the lower level (during the contemporary service). Lessons are fun, interactive and Bible-focused. 
  • Children’s Choirs
  • Wednesday Evenings: WOW KIDS (grades 2^nd-5^th) is 6:00-7:30pm and includes a light supper. Children can join a dowel rod performing group called TWIGS, engage in puppetry, sing in the choir, and enjoy games and skit practices.  Children are involved in performing an annual Christmas program.
